At Scum Skateboarding, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear. If your deck, apparel, or hardware isn't up to your standards, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Condition

  Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached and shrink-wrap intact on skate decks.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive your Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include the original packing slip. Ship the package to our warehouse via a trackable shipping service.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our crew inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
