How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Custom-built completes may require an additional 24 hours for professional assembly before dispatch.
What is your return policy on used decks?
We only accept returns on unused, un-gripped decks in their original shrink wrap within 30 days of purchase. Once a board has been skated or assembled, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do you offer a warranty against board breakage?
We offer a 30-day manufacturer warranty against delamination and structural defects. Please note that 'snapped' boards resulting from improper landings or high-impact tricks are not covered.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Yes, as soon as your gear leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment's progress.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to select countries including Canada, the UK, and Australia. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
What payment methods do you accept?
